Structured, Self-Paced Training Program for Entry Level Drivers

Stage One – 0-3 months experience:  “This stage is designed to teach basic driving skills, while educating the trainee in regards to Abilene Policies and Procedures.”

Stage Two – 3-6 months experience:  “This stage is designed to build driving stamina and evaluate abilities, habits, and team driving skills.  Abilene Policies and Procedures will continue to be a point of emphasis.”

Stage Three/Refresher– 6 – 11 months experience -OR- no experience in the Northeast and/or no recent driving experience:  “This stage is designed to build high traffic and close quarters maneuvering skills.  This period will also serve as an opportunity to evaluate abilities and habits, while continuing to educate the trainee in regards to Abilene Policies and Procedures.”
